ALL SALE Items are NOT RETURNABLE as they are Reduced Clear

Discounted Items are also NOT RETURNABLE

 

Please make sure all your Delivery Address, Mobile Number and Email Address details are Correct, we are NOT Responsible for wrong Addresses entered at the point of Sale and not being delivered correctly.

 

Returns MUST be received to our office within 14 days of the receiving the item.

If you return items outside the 14 day return period we will be unable to process your return. If this is the case and you require the item returning to you, you will be required to pay the cost of the postage, otherwise items will be sent to Charity.

A Restocking Charge will be added to returns that come back with DPD, due to Non Collection from DPD Drop Off Stores

It must be unworn, unwashed, folded and in the same condition as received, must have all tags attached.

All returns must be received back as posted, any missing a Necklace or Scarf etc a Full Refund will not be given.

Any items containing Wool (Lana Italian) are a Natural product and may have bobbles in the fabric and vary in Colour including flecks in the fabric.

All returns are at the cost of the customer and Tracking is Recommended, we recommend that you use Royal Mail for Retuuna as they have the Code to enter our building and leave the returns safely, we are not responsible for items left outside.

SALE Items are NOT RETURNABLE in any exception, as they are Reduced To Clear.

We reserve the right to Further Reduce Sale Items, regardless

of previous Sales Orders, extra Refunds will not be given.

Refunds will not be given for any items that are deemed unfit for resale,(Tan Marks, Makeup Marks, Alterations, Strong Perfume or Smoke Odours or washed) will not be refunded.

We reserve the right to Refuse Orders from Customers with continued Returns, we ask you to check all measurements and sizing guides, Restocking Charges May Apply

Most items 30* washing is recommended, unless it states Handwash on the garment label, fading after several washes is expected and normal in any item.

All Strong Colours (ie Red or Jeans) must be washed separately and will not be held responsible for not separating colours for washing.

We will not refund or replace any items found to be altered or deliberately damaged.

Postage is not Refundable.

 

Incorrect or Faulty items received, please message us directly and we will do our best to rectify the problem.
